The business boasts an extensive fleet of vehicles ranging from transits to artics, including tail lifts, crane vehicles, flatbeds, curtain-siders and extendables. All vehicles are available for spot hire, day hire or long/short term contract hire.
Muz says Muztrans had an existing website but recognised it was time to invest in a new one.
“Mark Matthews, from MT Voice & Data Limited, who looks after our telecoms, recommended a couple of web agencies he knew through his networking connections,” Muz explains. “I contacted them both. One agency worked remotely, while Rob from Target Ink offered to come up to our offices in Erith to meet us and I was immediately impressed.”
He continues: “Rob was very chilled and calm and, over the time, he has delivered everything we talked about. The whole process has been very easy.”
Muz says that, after following that first meeting, Target Ink presented a couple of design ideas and there was one he immediately liked.
“I told Rob we were looking for something current, different and eye-catching,” Muz adds. “Rob explained that getting good photography would be key and recommended Mimi Van Praagh. She spent two days with us and captured some really great photography. Having these shots has made a real difference to our website.”
Mimi has supported our clients with a number of website projects and, as usual, she really met the brief with Muztrans. Some of the shots she took in London, against the capital’s striking skyline are simply breathtaking.
“Rob and the team really stepped up to the challenge and I feel we’ve got a website which sets us apart from our competitors,” Muz explains.
Target Ink is continuing to support Muztrans with SEO on its website, helping the business to identify the best keywords etc. In addition, Muztrans is continuing to benefit from our Maintenance and Support package for its website.
“Our business is changing all the time, with the additional of new vehicles for instance, and our website needs to reflect that,” says Muz. “We also appreciate that it’s important to keep a website looking fresh. I had access to update my previous website but it wasn’t straightforward and I didn’t always get round to it. Being able to raise a ticket with Target Ink is much easier and more efficient.”
Rob suggested that Muztrans added case studies to its website and Muz says he emailed his top customers and received some fantastic feedback and testimonials that he’s been able to include.
In terms of challenges, Muz adds: “Here at Muztrans, we have our own app and I wanted that integrated into our website. Rob made that process very easy; it was completely painless.”
